Experience:1- 6 Years (Recruiters), 6-10 Years (Delivery/Account Managers)
Qualification: B.Tech/MBA/B.sc/B.com/MTech/MCA
Location: Hyderabad
Salary: Depends on Experience
Job Types: Full-time: Nightshift
Availability: Immediate (Preferably)

We are looking for seasoned, Junior/Mid-Level/Senior recruiters/Recruitment Leads/Delivery Managers for our US Operations.

Job description

Looking for Experienced Recruiters/Account Managers in IT/ Engineering/Telecom (like Embedded, Semiconductor, VLSI, 3G/4G) field of requirements,

should understand US staffing hiring process (for Contract & Full-time positions).
Strong experience in tax terms (W2, C2C & 1099), negotiations, building relationships.
Strong understanding of US Geo. (PST, CST & EST) and market trends.
Should have master level experience in various sourcing techniques like Dice, Career Builder, Monster, and LinkedIn etc.
Should have gone through knowledge of US visa types and work authorizations
Looking for Immediate Joiners with Good Communication Skills
Excellent salary negotiation skills with candidates.
Should have passion to make his/her career in US Staffing
Excellent phone and interpersonal communication skills
