Seeking Junior Account Manager with 0-2 years of experience with hands-on accounting/finance, technological expertise, and managerial skills (Clients and Team).
This position will have an edge over the classic financial accounting experience and you will be actively heading client account(s).
Focus on bringing expertise in digitizing the workflows and leveraging the cloud-based solutions for using trusted financial data to bring the advantages of the global marketplace to Small and Medium Businesses/Enterprises worldwide.
This is a managerial role with a focus on delivering high-quality outputs through effective management solutions for the various client account(s).
Position reports to Operations Manager.
Experience:
0-2 years of work experience in finance/accounting/commerce and business background in the relevant industry.
Prior experience with Startups and fast-growing companies with consulting experience is preferred.
Minimum Education
Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, and Business-related field (Accounting based); CA-Inter (3 years of Articleship with all papers cleared)/CMA (US) preferred.
Post-graduation (accounting and business-related) is preferred but not mandatory.
Certifications
Any relevant certification focused on continual improvement and growth will be recognized
Technical Aptitude/Mandatory Background Profile
Accounting
oStrong hands-on accounting experience.
oExtensive knowledge of credit/debit, balance sheet, revenue recognition, cost analysis, accrual accounting, consolidations, analyze Profit & Loss (P&L) accounts, and financial reporting required.
oShould champion the financial perspective to achieve business efficiency both internally and for the clients.
oStrong in MIS Reporting - Management decision support.

oFocused on adding value and growing the client account.
oStrong verbal, written, and e-mail communication skills

oShould maintain a good relationship and communicate frequently regarding business-related needs with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
Functional Aptitude
The person should have a good grounding and experience in debits/credits and the ability to make meaningful insightful reports on MIS.
Ask insightful questions to the clients and advice to help them think beyond the current situation. E.g.: Why dont you consider using Receipt Bank for technology optimization.
Demonstrable track record of being the go-to person for the overall management of various client account(s) and the teams involved.

Having excellent design-thinking that integrates customer emotion and empathy, utilizing the possibilities of digital tech and analytics contributing to business success through innovative ways.

Exposure in dealing with International clients will add benefit to this position.
Must have good decision-making skills with regard to operational decisions by recommending procedural/process changes in line with the clients expectations and ecosystem.

Monitoring each client account, evaluating the gaps, study business goals and key data flows to realign, improve and manage them to achieve actionable insights for the decision-maker.
