Invoice and expense/claim processing as per the guidelines.
Month end activities (Closing, Dashboard etc.).
Posting Journals.
Handling generic mail box.

Primary Skills

Creation of new vendors/supplier in the system.
Creation of payment batches for vendors and employees.

Secondary Skills

Maintaining hygiene for SOPs.
Following up with the vendors for the PO numbers.
