Job Description

• Monitor and troubleshoot batch job failures in all environments to support BU.
• Monitor production and certification Autosys jobs to ensure that the Batch jobs run as per the schedule.
• Failures and delays are identified through alerts generated by the monitoring tool in the form of incidents on the ticketing tool.
• Ensure that all the files are ready for processing by the start of the day.
• Monitor email alerts, troubleshoot the issues and take actions to respond to clients and associates in timely manner.
• Team to perform other additional tasks that are not captured in service point ticketing tool e.g. email requests, job modifications, change requests and maintenance windows.
