We have a walk in interview for the post of IT Stores Executive.

Education: Full-time Graduates (Only)
Job Location: Mumbai(Vikhroli)
CTC: 10,000/- in hand (Candidates will be working for Godrej Infotech but will be on third party payroll for 1 Year_ contractual position)
Job description:
- Receipt, checking, stocking and issuance of various assets, spare parts, media, licenses, certificates and related documents. Updating of stock transactions in system.
- Installation and configuration of hardware, O/S, network and application software in coordination with various service providers.
- Asset verification and follow-up with Users
- Preparation for delivery and arranging for transport of material.
- Proper Labeling and updating of new assets in the Asset Management System.
- Track inventory status on an ongoing basis; maintain records, Physical stock verification.
- Collection of old material, segregation, cleaning, checking, sorting, re-labeling and storage of usable material.
- Housekeeping of all assets.
- Periodic review of the material, identification of material for disposal, segregation, storage, vendor inspection, prepare documents, hand-over of material.
- Maintain disposal records and documentation, Updating asset management system for removal of assets.
- Preparation of Insurance and AMC of Equipment
- Adhere to ISO 9001:2008 and 27001:2013 processes and work instructions.
- 1-2 years of experience in similar fields
- Knowledge of PC hardware, Software.
- Good command of English Language
Special skills required:
- Essential: Should be well versed with MS Office / MS Excel. Should be ready to work on Holidays / Saturday / Sunday if required
- Preferred: Well versed with MS Word / Mail Merge /Advanced Excel / Report creation etc
