Job Description

Sapiential Technologies Hiring HR Recruiters:
Recruit top talent including sourcing, interviewing and reference checking..
Sourcing, screening the resumes according to the requirement.
Match best qualified candidate with client by gaining in depth knowledge of hiring needs, technical skills, and salary requirement.
Sourcing the resumes by using various job portals like Monster, Indeed,Linked in,Naukari etc
Initial Screening the Resumes and submitting to the Client Relation Ship Manager and follow up with him.
Identify candidates through Social Networks with the nice skill sets.
MS Office tools, Job Portals and search string experience, Resume Search, Screening, negotiating.
Good understanding in complete recruitment life cycle.
Determine and implement recruiting best practices.
Partner with marketing to develop HR branding to attract new hires.
Post positions that will attract top talent/create advertising.
Ensure that personnel requisitions are completed in a timely manner.
Work with managers to create job descriptions and post job descriptions.
Conduct phone interviews and face to face interviews.
Schedule interviews for internal and external applicants.
Create relationships with Universities and post positions on University web sites.
Other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
