Ensuring productivity of team members.

Ensuring Renewals of life insurance / general
insurance premiums.

Ensuring Interaction with HNIs.

Responsible for
Branch Ops and Admin

Responsible for Risk containment and Audit of
dealer desks.

Responsible for Branch P%26amp;L.

Responsible for Business mapping and
coordination with central MIS teams.

Ensuring 100% execution on CRM within specified
TAT

Cost
control for branches , managing petty cash, Approval for franchisee
empanelment, First level of approval for brokerage slab, Branch compliance
