Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities Looking for HR Analytics Consultant for Mumbai Location.
Contract Duration : 1 Year
Roles & responsibilities:
- Should be an expert on HR data analytics and Understand the use of on-line tools and HR systems..
- Create and maintain appropriate global, regional, and local metrics/ dashboards.
- Leverage platforms like Tableau or equivalent to automate various dashboards and reporting process.
- Develop capability for sophisticated data analysis that provides both retrospective and prospective actionable insights.
- Provide insights on various HR metrics with an expectation of driving continuous improvement.
- Leverage SharePoint for data collation, management and report sharing etc.
Required Experience:
- Strong analytical skills, data fluency and working knowledge of statistical methodologies.
- Data interpretation with working knowledge of analytic models and digital tools
- Experience in at least one visualization tool (Eg. Tableau),
