Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Firewall end to end support & migration.
- Firewall conversion experience (from one vendor to another)
- Familiar with firewall using Firewall Command Line interfaces (CLIs)
- Firewall troubleshooting experience
- Ability to read and understand firewall text configurations
- Experience with Fortinet Firewall Management Systems products
- Management of multiple firewalls under a central system including global objects/ services / user management
- Good knowledge of networking protocols
- NATing
- IPSEC VPN knowledge
- Routing, networking, TCP/IP
- Strong in MS SharePoint skills. Versioning
- Strong attention to detail, expected to be involved in tracking and file management
- Scripting knowledge and logic e.g. PowerShell a plus
Desired Candidate Profile
6-8 year of experience with Fortinet firewall device products.
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Must be a self-starter with the ability and drive to own and deliver a project work package within minimum guidance and support
- Must have a full appreciation and/or worked within a global operations team
