• Should have experience in Proofpoint and support project
• Should be ready to work in US hours
• Should have experience in
• Whitelisting/ Blacklisting a domain/sender based on the policy/approval process defined
• Creating policy .
• Email marked as spam but might not be a spam
• Releasing emails from Proof Point
• Spam filtering/ Outbound/ Content filtering settings if any changes to be made
• Tracing emails which came to Proof Point
• Archiving (if being used)
• Troubleshooting and resolving tickets and issues
• Service Improvements and automation
• Trend analysis and reporting
• Post-transition documentation
