Internship Trainee @ Cushman

The internship at C&W Consulting will comprise of primary research to be undertaken in the Residential Segment of the City of Bengaluru. This would require selected interns to visits various locations across the city which have density of residential developments and capture information regarding the residential developments (Standalone / Integrated or Township). Information to be collated would comprise of Total No. Of Units / Configurations / Pricing per unit type / Phase wise Units / No. of Units which are sold / Price escalation observed, amongst other relevant details. The information collated through on-ground primary research will be need to filled up on excel sheets on a periodic (daily) basis. Accuracy of data & completeness of information would be paramount for successful completion of the internship activity.

Note: Internship duration is 2 months and stipend will be given.
