Desktop hard ware troubleshooting & part replacement Printer/ Scanner, HUB/ Switch Installation- Hardware trained,
Knowledge of remote access applications like RDP, Putty etc ,
Understanding of Drivers/ Patches/ Tools download from OEM web site,
Basic Networking
, Android and, IOS knowledge,
Anti Virus Support at client side
experience in network support
