Job Description
IT AuditorCompliance Team member / Junior Auditor
REPORTING TO:QA Head
LOCATION: Mumbai
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: Any Graduate
EXPERIENCE: Total 7 -8 years
DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Min 2 years of retail domain experience Knowledge of SDLC, STLC, QA & Compliance
Should be conversant with SAP environment
Should have knowledge about IT General & Application controls Should be ready to work in a non IT, end user retail company like ours.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
Effective time management Knowledge of Best practices in quality assurance and compliance
Vigilant and sharp compliance skills needed
Should be able to work independently
Should possess Good Technical Understanding and preferably Retail background Should be quick in grasping new concepts
PROFESSIONAL QUALITIES
Believes in Teamwork as well as work independently
Is a self-starter and is adaptable to dynamic business environment
Develops relationships with development team and user departments that foster ties Good in analytical skills
Able to deliver under pressure
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Effectively able to communicate issues / changes to development team
2. Should be able to perform audits viz.
a. Software Delivery Audits
b. User / Access Management Audits
c. Software Configuration Audits (Configuration In Charge)
d. Licenses / Compliance Audits
3. Should understand importance of Compliance and able to instill in others
4. Should be able to cover entire spectrum of IT audits, including infrastructure and software changes
5. Should be able to contribute to design user / role assignment mechanism
COMPENSATION:Comparable with the Industry and as per company policy
