Key Skills and Experience
Job Description:

    • Experience: 4 to 7 years Oracle apps Finance Functional

    • Required candidate with knowledge of the Financials process in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12. Should be able to speak to the business in relation to Oracle modules, mainly Financials.

    • Excellent customer facing skills, communications, writing and a team player. Break/fix including Root Cause Analysis, Fix Resolution, User Request Processing, Post implementation support, Continuous Process Improvement, User Acceptance Testing and Communicate deployments to the user community.

    • Must Have Skills:

        • Bachelor's Degree, MBA, CA or higher preferably in Accounting

        • Oracle functional experience (implementation, upgrade or support) that includes expertise in Oracle Financials - EBS (P2P, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Projects, Tax)

        • Multi-currency and multi country experience

        • EBS Projects and with Security/sysadmin experience

        • 11i to R12 upgrade experience

        • Accounting background Professional Skills including handing financial end user

        • Ability to work with Finance/Accounting professionals

        • Ability to multi-task, Strong presentation skills and Excellent problem-solving skills

        • Month-End and Year-End Processes

        • Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Should be excellent in functional documentation




Job Requirements:

    • Should be willing to work in different shifts

    • Should be working over the weekends for scheduled maintenance activities

    • Provide day to day and project support for Oracle Applications; this include but not limited to this

    • Communicate to stakeholders via standard methods (e.g. orally, email, ticket system)

    • Resolve incidents and problems and communication of same to stakeholders.

    • Experience in a complex, large volume operations
