We have been retained by one of the fastest growing Pharma Company with a turnover of more than 1,500 Crores to hire a Vice President for Sales & Marketing of OTC Division. The details of the position are mentioned below:

• Company: Our client is a fast growing Pharma company with a sales turnover of more than 1,500 Crores. The company is marketing its products through different divisions. Each division is promoting products belonging to different therapeutic area. In these divisions the company has various brands with strong OTC / OTX potential. The company intends to create an OTC division to realize the full potential of these brands.
• Designation: Vice President - Sales & Marketing (OTC division)
• Experience: The prospective candidate shall be currently heading the sales and marketing operations of an OTC Division of a reputed Pharma Company. One must have the experience of taking brands promoted ethically to OTC promotion. One must have minimum of 20 years of experience of working in a reputed Pharma as well as an OTC company.
• Reporting to: This position reports directly to Managing Director of the company.
• CTC: Will be commensurate with skill set and experience of the candidate and it will certainly not be a constraint for a deserving candidate.
