Job Description:

Ought to have an experience in designing Biw jigs&fixture,Grippers,End of arm Tooling,Conveyors,

• Design of jigs/fixtures, grippers, end-of-arm-tooling, peripheral equipment (conveyors)
• Design of BIW jigs and Fixtures
• Process study and design for automation
• Design validation using DFMEA tools
• Project Scheduling
• Proposal Engineering
• Prepare Detailed part drawings and release for manufacturing
• Generation of detailed Bill of material.
• Design Data Management
• Robot simulation and offline programming
• Implement standards and discipline in the design processes
• Layouts (AutoCAD)
• Commissioning assistance
• Travel & deputation to customer sites is expected
• On-site commissioning assistance (as and when required) within India and overseas
• Long term commitment is a must
• Introduction to various new technologies, Robot applications and challenging tasks
