Urgently looking for Quality Analyst for our company DreamWeavers InfoCom.

Location : West Delhi, New Delhi

Mandate:- You will have to monitor 5 calls and share feedback. This will help us to concrete our hiring decision.

Skills Required:-
- Minimum 3 years of experience working as QA/QC
- BPO/KPO experience is must
- Should have good hands on quality tools and analysis
- Should be able to conduct regular coaching sessions
- Must be able to handle deadlines and pressure

Job Description
- You will be required to Audit calls, analyse their flaws and work on Quality monitoring sheet
- Train new hire on quality parameters and QMF.
- Audit reps to analyse AOI and areas improved
- Conduct Mock calls and certification
- RAG analysis, coordinating with TLs and Trainer, working on BQ reps etc.

Qualification-
Grad/post Grad

Salary- Upto 25k per month

Experience - 3-4 years

Working days : Monday - Saturday
Shift timing : 10am - 6pm.
