Job Description: Customer Support - Research Support Associates
Position Description: Handle Calls, Emails. Work involves: Handling General Inquiries & Returns, Track & trace, Data Handling. Handle additional responsibilities as per Business and Client Requirements. Communicate with Vendors/Customers via Calls/Emails to collect information or update information.
Essential Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline.
Technical Qualifications: Basic Computer Skills & MS Office.
Experience: Freshers (2020 /2021 Pass out Candidates without any arrears)
Organization Structure: Report to Team Leader
Work Schedule: Required to work flexible schedule during day & night shifts
