Position: Development engineer/ Material Specialist/Analyst

Job Description:

• NPD in medical device domain.
• Minimum of 2 year of product life cycle management & Risk Management ISO 14971 experience.
• Understand and collect the Product BOMs and Assessment with reference to information available in PLM/Other Repository
• Interact with procurement/ supply chain/suppliers to obtain various hazardous substances information and Material Declaration Sheet.
• Good understanding of Surgical Instrument & Devices and Tissue technology in medical systems.
• Good knowledge in various manufacturing process like machining, sheet metal, Plastics and DFM/A.
• Creating / updating design documentation in preparation for new regulations EUMDR / Design history files (DHF), 21CFR Part 211, Part 820, Part 820.198, Part 820.
• Verification and validation activities for new/replacement and existing products and components.
