Job Description
Job Responsibility:
HR Compliances: 50%
- Responsible for the entire Statutory Compliance
- Prepare monthly inputs for vendor for preparation Documents/ Records under all Labour laws acts such as new labor codes, POSH, factory compliance etc
- Work with compliance vendor managing & Reply of the notices/ Show cause/ Legal notices received from Labour, LWF, Employment Exchange, Advocates.
- Work with compliance vendor in liasoning with Govt. Departments such as Labour, LWF, Employment Exchange for inspection closure
- Obtaining the Shops & Establishment Registration Certificates including new upcoming locations due to promoters exit
- Renewal and changes in shops and establishment registration certificates.
- Renewal and changes in the CLRA license
- Manage plant compliances including informing authorities regarding any changes in the plant
- Implementation of any changes in labor laws and government legislations
- Prepare inputs for yearly HR quarterly, Biannual and annual HR returns submissions
- Managing monthly compliance checks for contract labors with compliance vendor
HR Operations: 30%
- Administers and maintains company benefits programs, where appropriate.
- Functions as a liaison between vendors and employees and advises employees on eligibility, coverage, and other benefits matters.
- Compiles and maintains benefits records, billing and documents
- Resolve and respond to employees queries in timely manner related to HR processes and benefits
- Maintain and manage personal files
- Complete backlog of all creating physical new hire files for around 70 80 employees
- Complete backlog of digital personal files in Alfresco for around 70-80 employees
- Conduct audit of employees personal and digital files and completion of all the pendencys in timely manner
Projects and other HR Support: 20%
- Review all HR workstreams and always implement process improvement process
- Involvement of any Project implementation when assigned
- Work and provide support on all HR related reports for internal or external stakeholders
