Desired Candidate Profile
Job Description:
- Provide splendid customer services to customers in a friendly and courteous manner at all times.
- Adherence to quality and compliance guidelines.
- Ability to take quick decisions and respond to Customer inquiries and ensuring that the Customer's Issues are attended promptly and all their concerns are resolved immediately.
- 1-3 years of prior experience in inbound calling process.
- Customer service background.
- Able to work in 24/7 environment.
Qualification:
- Graduates/Under Graduates
- Strong Interpersonal, Communication and Listening Skills.
- Must possess Excellent Verbal Communication.
Experience: Minimum 1 year Customer Support Voice Experience mandatory.
Salary: Upto Rs.4 LPA + Incentives (Depends on Experience)
Shift: 24x7
Work Days: 5 days working with 2 Rotational week offs.
Travel: Cab in odd hours + Travel allowance of Rs. 1750/-
Timings: 10 A.M- 2 P.M
