Experience of 3 years plus in handling Statutory Audits and Tax audits.
Working Knowledge of GST and TDS for min 3 years
Good analytical and interpersonal skills.
Good communication skills.
Saturday half day and Sunday fixed off
Job description
1. Should have good understating of direct tax issues for the Banking & Financial Service (BFS) sector2. Technically strong with sound knowledge and experience in taxation and regulations
3. Should have sound drafting knowledge to draft the reply of Tax notices independently with minimum guidance.
4. Handling GST notices, summons .
5. Co-ordinating with different teams, branch persona and group entities for the data requirement for the GST notices , collation and submission of reply.
6. Collating the data for the notice and analysing the data .
7. Should have sound drafting knowledge to draft the reply of GST notices independently with minimum guidance.
8. Assisting in GST , Service tax and VAT litigation like updating the litigation tracker, coordination with tax officials for personal hearing, collating the data / information for the personal hearing,
9. Assisting in drafting of reply to show cause notice
10. Liaising with tax consultants for notices, litigation .
11. Meeting Tax officials for submission of data , followups , filing letters.
12. Assisting in research for tax related issues.
13. Tracking and Sending GST related updates on regulation, judgement etc to all stakeholder in time bound manner.
Excellent team worker and good coordination skills.
