Job Description


Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Experience in eliciting requirements and testing


  • Experience in analysing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills

  • Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements

  • Own and develop relationship with partners and work with them to optimize and enhance integration

  • Help design, document and maintain system processes


  • Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to the product team

  • Communicate key insights and findings to product team

  • Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer

  • Communicate with internal colleagues to understand the needs of the client and the organization

  • Work with external stakeholders to understand and investigate feedback into the service/function/product provided


  • Use data modelling practices to analyse findings and create suggestions for strategic and operational improvements and changes

  • Consider the opportunities and potential risks attached to the suggestions made

  • Identify the processes and information technology required to introduce the recommendations

  • Gain agreement, usually from senior management, of the best method of introducing the recommendations to the business

  • Communicate the benefits of the recommendations across departments and help to address any uncertainty and concern


  • Produce written documentation to support the work, report on the findings and to present to the stakeholders when necessary

  • Support the staff and teams in making the recommended changes, including helping to resolve any issues

  • Ensure plans are made and processes are created to evaluate the impact of the changes made, including taking responsibility for overseeing and reporting on this evaluation

  • Complete knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle

  • Solid knowledge agile methodologies like Scrum & Kanban


  • Ability to write user stories & acceptance criteria

  • Able to validate the functional & User acceptance test cases

  • Excellent knowledge of the Contact Centre Processes, Contact Centre KPIs and related metrics

  • Knowledge of automateddialersand ACD systems

  • Good knowledge of SQL DML commands


  • A high level of mathematical ability

  • The ability to analyse, model and interpret data
