International Voice Process where there will be interaction with our Global Clients/Customers and resolve customer issues over call (Voice Process) Industry : BPO

Designation :Trainee / Associate/ Sr Associate
Experience : 0 to 5 years of  Experience  in International  Voice Process (looking for Immediate Joiners)
Salary : Based on Industry Standards

EDUCATION CRITERIA :
Graduate Freshers

No B.E /B.Tech / M.Tech / MBA/ MCA (2019 passed out)

Undergraduates (10+2 / 10+2+Diploma ) with minimum 6 months experience in Customer Support

SKILLS:

Excellent Communication Skills
Excellent written Skills
Proactively Communicating with various teams within the client.

Only candidates with excellent communication skills will be shortlisted MANDATORY DOCUMENTS TO BE CARRIED AT THE TIME OF INTERVIEW:
