- Desired Candidate Profile
- Candidate with Diploma in Mechanical / Electronics Engineering preferred
- Minimum 3 4 years of work experience in Presales / Techno-commercial role in Security industry with similar products preferred
- As a Presales Engineer, you is required to provide Design & Estimation support to customers / clients and to our team as the part of the sales process by designing and delivering solutions, proof of concept demonstrations, and consulting sales team on technical aspects of the opportunities.
- Acting as a Technical Lead you will ensure smooth co-ordination and integration between clients and Motwane Sales team by successfully communicating and coordinating all involved stakeholders (both internal and external).
- Functional Skills / Responsibilities:
- Supports business departments in presales process through meetings, calls and technical documentation delivery.
- Complete technical understanding of the Entrance Control Security products and solution portfolio, GA drawings, technical specifications, product configurations etc. to provide detailed solutions.
- Providing techno-commercial proposals to enquiries generated by Sales and marketing team and with necessary documentation within required timelines.
- Review proposal specifications and drawings to determine scope of work and required contents of estimate.
- Tendering process : To take ownership on coordinating tender process, tender identification, PQ review and is responsible for tender documentation and preparation within required timelines.
- Knowledge about specifications and Standards / Test certification for products
- Feasibility analysis of project enquiries vis--vis product and specifications
- Co-ordinate and attend site visits wherever required to design adequate solutions along-with necessary drawings whenever required. Responsible for complying to Consultants and Architect / PMCs requirement for design and drawings and technical compliances and submissions. and compliances
- Knowledge about product and competitors / industry trends and having a professional network will be an added advantage.
- Feeds inputs into development and Product development department for the purpose of expansion of new features.
- Proactively works on Companys technical documentation in order to keep it up to date at all times.
