Handle and responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day Merchant & Customer queries
Addressing any issues/disputes from customers or clients in coordination with internal stakeholders
Closure of queries and complaints in a timely manner.
Answering phone calls and prompt response on emails
Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
Walking customers/merchants through basic troubleshooting
