Roles and Responsibilities
Udaan is hiring for Asset protection Manager role:
** Must have experience in logistics investigation and security.
JOB Description:
o Accountable for managing security and Investigation requirements for the region.
o Managing a cross-functional team of for both Investigations as well as asset protection across the region
o Manage Stakeholders expectations - Business, Logistics and HR
o The role will be responsible for the Karnataka region and will have high visibility since the role will be based out of corporate office.
o Expected to produce high quality reports for the leadership
o Lead the Risk Assessment and suggest Risk Control requirements to the asset protection Leadership
o The role will be reporting into Regional Head for South and ability to manage and lead a team of around 8 members.
o The role will demand excellent trainer skills and will be responsible to train the ground staff and employees at WHs and other supply chain locations
o The role will be responsible for driving and excutine the security framework and SOPs for supply chain sites.
o The role demands excellent liasioning skills with law enforcement and civil administrative bodies.
o Ability to conduct security and fire safety,mock drills, penetration tests, audits and bring out the key security and safety risks to the respective stakeholders.
o The role will be responsible for managing security compliance and conduct periodic audits
o The role will be responsibility to ensure maintenance of security and fire safety assets
