THE OPPORTUNITY
Xactly is looking for a stellar individual to develop the user interface of new and existing products. You will work with an extremely talented engineering team to design , implement and deploy UI layers of products. You ll bring to the role a passion for building intuitive user-interfaces in conjunction with UX designers that users find both natural and engaging. The ideal candidate will be proficient and proven in the design and implementation of modern web application architectures. You must be strong in all aspects of the presentation layer and the technologies such as Node.js, React, Angular and Ajax,
It is highly likely that you will face challenges, which are not described anywhere in any books. You must be adventurous enough to explore into open source code, forums and other knowledge base avenues. You must strongly believe in Continuous Integration and Deployment as well as DevOps culture. Our development team is small; executes quickly and is full of smart engineers from well-respected companies and universities. We focus on hiring individuals who are passionate, energetic and fun to work with. Working in a dynamic agile environment, you will collaborate daily with peer software engineers and architects, technical writers, QA engineers, and product managers.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
B.E/B.Tech 5+ years of experience in web application development and architecture.
Experience using open source javascript libraries
Strong hands-on with Node.js, React.js and HTML5
Design and development of complex user interfaces using component-based frameworks and/or native Javascript, CSS and HTML5
Java skills in the application tier and familiarity with application containers.
String problem solving, troubleshooting and debugging skills
Must have built end to end continuous integration and deployment infrastructure for UI services
Strong commitment to good engineering discipline and process including code reviews and delivering unit tests in conjunction with feature delivery
Must possess excellent communication and teamwork skills. Strong presentation and facilitation skills are required.
Self-starter that is results focused with the ability to work independently and in teams.

GOOD TO HAVE:
Prior experience using a modular, common and scalable UI platform
Experience working within a distributed engineering team including offshore
Bonus points if you have contributed to an open source project
Familiarity and experience with agile (scrum) development process
Experience working within a distributed engineering team including offshore
Proven track record of identifying and championing new technologies that enhance the end-user experience, software quality, and developer productivity
Hands of experience in deploying services on AWS or Oracle Cloud platform
Experience in both small and large companies
