As part of this role, you will manage escalation and issue resolution for internal or external clients and stakeholders while delegating the work appropriately, providing clear expectations and following up to ensure progress and overcome roadblocks.
You will, continuously monitor and ensure improvement of quality.
As a Senior Team Lead Software Engineering, you will collaborate and work with cross functional teams (functional, Project Management, Testing teams) effectively with focus on organizational goals.
Additionally, you will drive solution/Org level initiatives and imperatives with complete ownership.

As a peoples Manager you will seek to understand disagreements, ensure all perspectives are heard and facilitate a plan for resolution.
You will delegate the work appropriately, provide clear expectations and follow up to ensure progress and overcome roadblocks.
In this role you will identify associates and team priorities based on business direction and adjust when needed.
You will lead by example and share knowledge and experiences with associates and team.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications :

• 6 years of total combined higher education and related work experience, including:

• 1 year of Software engineering work experience
• 1 year of people management, matrix management, project management or other indirect leadership work experience
• 5 years of higher education and/or additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job, including:
  • • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or equivalent relevant experience

• Experience in Java 8, JSP, Javascript-ES6, Spring, XML, Junit, Postman / JMeter, SQL, Microservices architecture, Rest API, Webservice, Messaging Framework, Accurev, Docker, K8S, GitHub
• Experience in delivery in a scaled agile environment and understanding of SoS (Scrums of Scrums practices)
• Ability to handle an agile team of 15 associates, strong team leadership experience in building high performing agile teams and driving to measured outcomes (OKRs and KPIs)

• Functional knowledge on Healthcare / Revenue Cycle / Patient Accounting (Claims) domain
• Exposure to DevOps
• Exposure to linux based containers (LXC) technologies (Docker).
• Exposure to Container Orchestration system like Kubernetes
