Role: Test Lead Project Domain: Insurance Experience: 7 12 years of Experience No of Positions: 2 Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days Job Description Insurance domain knowledge is a must; Claim Knowledge would be an added advantage Understanding the approach for test design phase, writing/reviewing test cases for the test conditions mapped to requirements Establish and evolve formal QA processes, ensuring that the team is using industry-accepted best practices.

Oversee all aspects of quality assurance including establishing metrics, applying industry best practices, and developing new tools and processes to ensure quality goals are met. Act as key point of contact for all QA aspects of releases, providing QA services and coordinating QA resources internally and externally. Lead and mentor QA team members, as well as manage outside contractors Host a defect triage to discuss the severity with the team and defect fixing follow up with developers Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans and procedures (manual and automated) Publish the test summary report Integration testing exposure would be an added advantage
