Job Description
- We are looking for a Project Manager who will be responsible for the development and management of project plans for with advanced technology implementation for our customers.
- From day one, as a Project Manager, you will have an immediate impact on our productivity, streamlining strategic initiatives, liaisoning with the customer, overseeing Project management, and communicating objectives between departments. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a project management role, with a special focus on executive-level advising and interdepartmental collaboration.
- Continuously evaluate and communicate status of ongoing projects, identify any bottlenecks or risks, manage expectations as needed. This is an extremely complex environment so prior knowledge of IT implementation will be very helpful for the candidates and us. Gather customer requirements. Get final Sign off on project implementation milestones and manage Project Charter and Project Plan. Monitoring the progress of the projects.
- Be accountable for project results with Clients and team. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects This position will have primary focus on planning, execution and delivery of IT Strategy initiatives. Documentation of the project planning, product development phases Team Management, Change management, cost management 3-5 years minimum experience in Project Management.
- Ability to present to senior levels of management. Proven track record in delivery of multiple parallel initiatives.
- Requirements elicitation and analysis Ability to proactively call out issues and risks and provide solutions Good understanding of web applications development and SDLC. .
- Competence in planning, estimation, scheduling and planning. Ability to work in a matrix environment and partner with virtual teams. Execution oriented with strong attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and manage to tight deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements. You must have worked in Agile environment before and should have good knowledge of GitHub, Jira, Trello, Basecamp etc Must have knowledge of CI/CD setup.
