Organisation is into Architechuring.

Experience 3-5 Years (Real Estate)

Qualification - Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering

Responsibilities :

Knowledge about construction site quality assurance &control

Project quality plan, inspection& test plan and subsequent checklist/protocol.

Concrete mix design &site laboratory establishment.

Standard deviation calculations.

Non destructive testing.

Material testing including materials used for finishing items.

Process sequence &monitoring of all construction activities.

Testing of final sub products like brick/block work, concrete, facade, earthwork etc.

Noting down product non conformity or snag listing.

Coordination with execution team and consultants.

Day to day reporting to HOD& higher authorities.
