Vlocity CPQ & OM Architect - - Prodapt @ Prodapt Solutions

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for ensuring our customers deploy a solution that is fast to market, highly performant and scalable, and allows them to realize the overall business objectives of their digital transformation program

Configure Price Quote (CPQ) and Enterprise Product Catalog (EPC) Architects have deep domain experience in product modeling and can construct catalogs that simplify the sales experience, whilst enabling complexity in the back office

They drive CPQ designs to produce optimal order capture flows using Vlocity Industry Cloud applications

You will maintain a deep knowledge and understanding of the industry vertical, and continually undergo the most vigorous product training and certification.

Effective in working with customers, including business executives, business analysts, and IT development staff

Effective in understanding business needs and distilling the information into business and technical requirements

Comfortable working with complex business requirements and translating into the design of Vlocity Communications industry solution

This role will require travel to customer locations.

10+ years of enterprise consulting experience in the Communications industry spanning large organizations and enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, Salesforce Industries, Oracle, Siebel, Microsoft, Amdocs and Netcracker.
You will have an in-depth understanding of key business processes in BSS stack for DSPs
You will have a proven track record of successful delivery of customer projects, preferably enterprise CRM including CPQ & OM implementations for DSP clients
Experience designing Vlocity Product Catalog and CPQ and OM processes is a huge plus
You will have direct experience in working with Salesforce (at an Admin level, minimum)
Youll be a self-starter, adept at picking up new skills and technologies, and eager make an impact
Youll have excellent communication skills to communicate with customers, partners, and internal team members
Youll have the vision to help us grow the practice globally Technical Skills

 
In-depth knowledge of key processes in Communication industry-specific solutions
Strong kowledge designing Product Catalog, Pricing and Quoting in Vlocity
Product Catalog and CPQ experience (Apttus, Siebel, Steelbrick, NetCracker, Amdocs)
Vlocity Omniscript, Process Engine expertise
Ability to get hands-on to solve problems and demonstrate certain development patterns.
Process modeling tools and best practices
Project management tools and best practices
Data modeling

 
Certifications/Qualifications

 
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business, or a related field
Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud Consultant (One Required)
Salesforce Platform App Builder (Required)
Salesforce Admin (Preferred)

 
Certified Scrum Master / Certified Product Owner
Vlocity Certified Platform Consultant (Required)
Vlocity Communications Foundation Learning Path (Strongly preferred)
Vlocity Certified Communications CPQ Developer I (Strongly Preferred)
