We are currently looking out for a Content Editor. This would be a full time job role.

Job Description:
Managing clients assigned.
Proofreading and delivering articles/projects/assignments within the given time frame.
Managing a team of Content Writers and scheduling/assigning/distributing work to them.
Ensuring writers are adhering to the quality standards in terms of grammar, sentence structure, richness of the content, flow of thoughts and many other aspects.
Guiding the writers whenever they are stuck while working on the project. eg - to help them streamline their thoughts while writing the article.
Fixing meetings with clients (face to face/telephonic) to understand their requirements.
If the client is from overseas, understand the demographics, statistics and marketplace for the industry that the client belongs to, to ensure relevance in content to be delivered.
Ensuring that the client's expectations are met.
Taking new responsibilities, new projects as and when assigned.
Team handling and client management experience is a mandate.
Skills & Requirements:
Any bachelors degree.
Exceptional writing skills with a solid portfolio of work.
Ability to multitask and showcase strong attention to details.
Excellent team handling ability.
Have a growth mindset rather than a fixed mindset.
Something peculiar to this job is that you have to break your paradigms and think from an audience's perspective. To do this, you might force yourself to think contrary to your beliefs in order to develop truly effective content.
Should like to read a lot - fiction and non-fiction.
Working Days - Mon to Fri (5 days, weekends off)
