We are looking for HR Recruiter for Bpo hiring and Non Bpo hiring

Location : Work from home/Office

Experience : should have minimum exp of 6 months in recruitment

Undergraduate & Graduate both can apply.

Job Description :

* Manage complete recruitment cycle.

* Calling to the candidates and aligning them for Different-2 companies.

* Research & understand client's business, industry & their work culture

* Conducting telephonic & personal interviews

* Prepare Assessments

* Brief the candidate about the position & related responsibilities, salary.

* Inform candidates about the results of their interviews

* Assist in Negotiating and finalizing candidate's salary with client.

Required Skills

· Excellent Communication Skills

· Basic Analytical Skills

· Should be Target Oriented

Providing Good Incentives on closure.
