Job Title: US IT Recruiter
Duration: Full-Time
Location: Bangalore, Vizag India
Shifts: Night Shift only
Experienced Required: 1-5 Years
Requirement: We are looking for only experienced candidates who can relocate in 15 days, for the first 10 days WFH is there, later will be working from the office.
*Cab facility is available for pick and drop in both locations (Bangalore, Vizag).
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Working on direct IT/Non-IT/Engineering/Pharma client requirements on a day-to-day basis.
- Responsible for handling complete recruitment life cycle for Direct Clients in the US.
- Thoroughly understand and work on the requirements of the client and fulfill them through various sources like job portals, references, headhunting, networking sites.
- We are looking for stable resources that are looking for a long-term opportunity.
- Should have worked for reputed firms focusing on direct client model.
- Should have previous success in VMS/MSP model.
- All candidates should be able to meet the required metrics. Should be able to work in an aggressive environment.
Candidates Profile:
- Minimum 1-5 years of Experience in US Staffing.
- Good understanding of IT Non-IT/Engineering/Pharma terminology and the US staffing industry.
- The minimum educational qualification required is Graduation or undergraduate with 2 years of relevant experience.
- Must possess excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical skills, flexible & detail-oriented attitude with demonstrated abilities in US Recruitment.
- Should have strong personal and professional ethics.
- Should be having hands-on experience working with direct clients.
