Job profile
The principal objective is to find quality leads to win new business. The candidate will mainly be responsible for generating appointments from prospective clients in the UK Market across the industry presenting TopSource and its services of payroll and accounting outsourcing solutions.
Below is the detailed summary of the job description for this role
Candidate should have 1 year work experience in Pre Sales
Handle end-to-end sales cycle including cold calling, setting up appointments, lead generation, regular follow-ups, co-ordination with the Domestic Clients.
The candidate must possess extremely good communication and diplomatic skills to build relationship and convert business leads into Clients.
Candidate should be able to handle high level dialogue with senior executives and be able to represent our brand through telephonic discussion
Candidate should be enthusiastic about meeting the targets; and should possess extremely structured thought process to achieve maximum hit rate.
Candidate should be able to create an extremely formal impact about the company and its brand with the prospective Clients.
Should be well acquainted with business sites like Linked in, Fun doo data, Google ,etc.
Generate leads through calls from prospects for new sales by providing Quality service and Technical information in a timely manner.
Should have sound knowledge of primary and secondary research to build a refined Database.
Should have sound knowledge on inside sales in tapping International customers.
Work closely with Practice Team to understand service offerings.
Candidate Profile
Must have 1 Year working experience in Lead Generation/Pre Sales/Inside Sales.
Any Graduate/MBA
Have strong presentation and persuasive skills
Preference would be given to candidates who have worked in Outsourcing Companies or who have done pre sales for service industry.
Personal Characteristics
Should have good written and spoken English.
Motivated, self-starter individual with high level of integrity, intensity and activity with a can-do attitude.
Ability to understand Clients need and execute them accordingly
Disciplined process oriented work style
Plan, monitor and manage activities for self
Ability to work independently
