Job Description

Collaborate with stakeholders to get an understanding about the open role
Presenting weekly reports to show traction in the hiring process
Sourcing candidates through portals (Naukri, Linkedin), social media, cold calling, utilizing online databases, employee referrals and professional networking opportunities
Build a candidate pipeline based upon commonly required skillset for IT and Finance operations requirements
Screen and assess candidates, appropriately matching candidate skills/experience to meet hiring managers expectations.
Initiating Pre offer through system
Involved in internal transfers of employee (IJP) and closely
interact with existing employees and managers.
Being in touch with the joined employees so that they get accommodated to the new environment of the organization.
