Job Description
1. Sales Planning & Monitoring as per Target Geography wise, Distributor wise & Brand wise Sales planning & timely monitoring of his markets vis--vis planned targets month wise & year wise.
2. Sales Promotion SchemesDesigning Primary and Secondary sales promotion schemes and ensure strict adherence to budgeted SPS
3. Stock Management Planning of SKU mix, brand wise depot wise and communication to the sales head.
4. Distributor Management & Liasioning Screening & suggesting distributor/s for selection & assigning credit limits, & monitoring.
5. Assigning Outlets (Geography) to Sales PersonnelPlanning of distributor wise / marketwise & assigning routes / markets to subordinate sales team member.
6. Planned Market WorkingPlanning & working with the sales executives in their markets, understanding market trends & requirements for key market insights.
7. Brand availability & Placement in State / AreaOverseeing availability of JIL brands through sales executives (Subordinates) & distributors in the assigned area. Detailed planning & getting the placement of New Brands / Products in the respective markets.
8. Driving Merchandising Campaigns for Visibility of BrandsOverseeing & drive the merchandising campaigns of JIL brands by use of POP / POS materials for different brands for higher brand visibility at state & shop level.
9. Competition Mapping & ReportingKeep a close watch, Analysis & reporting to Sales Head on the competition activities w.r.t products, new launches, sales, market schemes, promotion & other activities & monthly reporting the same to reporting manager / Head office.
10. Liaisoning & Contact buildingBuilding contacts & liaison with key persons of the trade, Excise authorities & managers of Retail Vends for increasing sales & visibility of JIL Brands.
11. Monitoring of ServicingMonitoring of timely servicing of market & shops, understanding & resolving market issues w.r.t breakages, stock management etc in their respective area/s.
