Roles and Responsibilities This role requires the incumbent to continually raise the bar on creativity, writing fresh
copy that connects with the desired audience and drives action and maintain up-to-date
knowledge of communication and client-related industry trends
Accountabilities:

a) Write copy for a variety of media including Social, Print, Video, and Online
b) Drive brand consistency across all company communications
c) Write original copy and Edit and proof work to ensure high editorial standards are
met across all content outputs
d) Collaborate with creative, product, marketing, and legal to assess project needs and
help with messaging
e) Research and understand the marketing needs and target audiences, through
online searches, reviews of existing research
f) Interpret creative briefs to develop and produce creative concepts through
execution on assigned brands
g) Writing, editing and publishing engaging posts for social media networks (e.g.
Facebook, Instagram and Twitter)
h) Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a high-volume workload
often requiring short turnaround times
i) Comfortably vary voice, style, and other characteristics demanded by the industry,
company, or target audience at hand
j) Stay updated on appropriate style guidelines and brand voice for consistency in
messaging.
Education Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in journalism, english, communications, or related discipline
Desired Candidate Profile Minimum 5-6 years professional copywriting experience with solid portfolio of
work
Strong copywriting experience gained from a healthcare / Ayurveda / FMCG
Industry
Ability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines
Excellent organizational skill and multitasking ability
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat Pro
A broad knowledge of the various media channels available to formulate the
marcoms mix and an appreciation of writing for digital media (SEO delivering a
story effectively through digital media, etc.)
Proofreading experience and familiarity with standard style guides a plus
Experience working with content management systems, WordPress, etc.
A keen eye for detail and appreciation of great design
