Sr. Healthcare Business Analyst - Mumbai @ Citius IT Solutions

Mandatory Skills:

• Hands-onexperience in any one or more sub-sectors of Healthcare such as Payers,Providers, Life sciences or Healthcare Technology
• Overallunderstanding of the key drivers in the industry Value Based Care, CostContainment, etc. as well as major reforms happening in the industry M A, Regulations, Consumerism, New technology (Block chain, RPA, AI/ML, etc.)
• Strongknowledge of at least 2-3 core systems belonging to any of the Healthcareplayers EMR/EHR/HIS, Claims adjudication, Benefits Management, EnrolmentBilling, PBM, etc.
• Understandingof various Healthcare data standards such as HL7, CCD, QRDA, CSV, etc. andability to extract, parse and process the data received in various formats oKnowledge of the Clinical/Financial/Operational KPIs for the Healthcare Playersand identify innovative methods to improve these numbers Project Management

Desired Skills:

• Familiaritywith the data sets like Clinical, Pharmacy, Claims, billing data (Medicare,Medicaid, Commercial Insurance etc.) is preferred
• 2-8years of experience in Healthcare domain
• About4-5 years of hands-on experience with design, build, implementation and supportof Healthcare IT systems for Payers, Providers or Medical technology customers
• InterOpand FHIR

Job Responsibilities :

• Understandingof the customer requirements along with identifying the risks, gaps if any andTranslating business requirements into functional specifications for softwaredevelopment
• Workingwith the development team to build and translate functional requirements intechnical requirements
• Scope,groom and prioritize work to ensure releases meet business value
• Liaisebetween customer and offshore development team to understand, refine, and manageproject expectations
• Assistwith researching key areas, POV, Thought Leadership articles, blogs and casestudies o Provide required support to the Sales team with new proposals,responses to the queries and preparation for customer meetings
• Providesupport to Proficiencies and Practices in building new tools, accelerators,solutions, etc. based on the needs of the industry
• Conductperiodic training sessions for peers for efficient knowledge management
