10. Identify and implement technical and process improvements to enhance system availability, performance and security
11. Develop technical system support documentation
12. Manage open issues queue on a daily basis. This will involve the ability to quickly diagnose the root cause of the issue and development of the appropriate fix for the problem with company prescribed SLAs.
