Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Review of segment wise Receipts & Payments (R&Ps), consolidation of R&Ps at group level and analysis on monthly basis for top management.
2. Prepare quarterly MIS and annuity income portfolios.
3. Prepare quarterly Capex portfolio highlighting budgeted cost, spent, balance to spend and debt position.
4. Monthly project wise analysis of debt.
5. Quarterly comparative operational update with reference to overall sales, overall collections, project launches, area delivered and rentals for management and investors.
6. Quarterly projection of cash flows from under construction and up-coming projects.
7. Perform financial modelling with various assumptions and provides analytical support for potential annuity projects and projects for sale.
8. Monthly TB review of flagship entity and other group entities (sample basis), discuss major unusual transactions and implementation of correcting measures.
9. Assistance to internal audit department on quarterly preparation of Financial Statements for limited review and audit purpose.
10. CA Final is mandate.
11. NO WORK FROM HOME OPTION.
