We are hiring for below mentioned positions:
Position: Process Trainer/ Voice Coach
Location: Mohali (Interview will be held over phone)
Duties and Responsibilities (Process Trainer):
- Conduct new hire & refresher training on US staffing, recruitment and soft skills.
- Conduct employee surveys & assess training needs
- Consult with other trainers, managers, and leadership
- Track and compile collected data
- Conceptualize training materials based on data and research
- Communicate training needs and online resources
- Create training strategies, initiatives, and materials
- Test and review created materials
- Conduct training through new materials
- Review employee performance and learning
- Coordinate and monitor enrollment, schedules, costs, and equipment
Duties and Responsibilities (Voice Coach):
- Assess communication skills of new hires and aspirants who wish to join Ops or other Verticals.
- Monitor calls and emails on communication and soft skills per sampling plans.
- Monitor and coach recruiters on grammar, pronunciation, syllable stress and other aspects of the English language, culture, etc.
- Provide new hire training on process, soft skills, accent reduction and culture sensitivity.
- Support floor training initiatives; refresher training modules on process, conduct training on soft skills, L&D etc.
- Intermittently assist in design and development of training material.
- Provide feedback and input for training content enhancement and development.
- Develop action plans for the bottom quartile and ensure they move up the learning curve.
- Must work with multiple teams and processes.
Trainer Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in education, business, human resources, information technology, or related field
- Certification from talent and training associations a plus
- Two (2) years previous experience as a trainer, corporate training specialist, or related position
- Experience in recruitment or US staffing will be an added advantage
- Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel), and instructional software
- Strong understanding of the English language - technical and practical applications.
- Well versed with soft skills.
- Understanding of monitoring and feedback techniques.
- Ability to audit monitored data and identify coaching/training needs.
- Efficient at managing one's own schedule and work.
- Must be self motivated and able to motivate others.
- Ability to improve the communication and soft skills of the agents for sustained continuous improvement.
- Experience with technologies and best practices for instructional manuals and teaching platforms
- Strict adherence to company philosophy/mission statement/sales goals
- Strong project management skills with the ability to supervise multiple projects
- Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Excellent leadership, team building, and management skills
- Encouraging to team and staff; able to mentor and lead
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
