Job Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad (Remote)

• Payroll functional tasks and main payroll processing and critical integration tasks (beyond typical integration tasks for inbound/outbound interfaces):
• Design of Kronos integration / transformation of time and absences to Cloud Payroll including element consolidation, element and eligibility design, user-defined tables design and fast formulas, balances
• Many Financial GL integration components needed from Cloud Payroll to support SLA / GL and Cash Management
• additional effort required for design of payroll costing (Payroll KFF to support GL): includes design for costing of elements, costing eligibility, retro and retro costing eligibility, payroll accruals, PTO accruals and fast formulas, statistical entries and fast formula, costing of payments, costing of positions, etc.
• Other downstream systems impact for using Labor Distribution, Projects, Grants
• Details to be determined after further review
• Functional Analysis and Composition of Functional Design Documents
• Fast Formulas to support element calculation requirements for payroll calc processing
• Integrations Functional Design support
• Reports Functional Design Support - including Payslip and Pay check design and development.
