- Our client is looking for Senior Level( Sr. Manager /AGM/GM ) Sales IBMS

- Work for Industries: Turnkey Solutions / Industry/ Architects /Corporate/ Commercial
- From Industry : IT Infrastructure / EPC / Turnkey Solutions
- Skills: Business Development, Corporate Sales, Client Relationship
Key Results Area:
- To achieve sales Target and overall organization goal.
- To achieve Business Target of Solution Portfolio.
- To achieve zero Outstanding as per payment terms.
- New Account Development in the given Geographic Zone.
- Business Development in New Territory/ Geographies.
- Mapping of project
- Accountable for bringing New Projects
- Able to Manage various projects relating to Building Solutions with sales & design team
- Obtain business for IBMS : ELV, IBMS, IT, Security systems
- To generate Sales Leads and Identify Opportunities with independent strategies.
- Prospects and Funnel Building from the Leads generated,
- Sales Presentation and Positioning with New and Key Accounts.
- Identification of Customer Business Plan and Decision-Making Process.
- Solution Proposal making, BoQ & Cost Sheet Preparations, Sales follow ups.
- Order Closures and Payment Collection (Zero Debt recovery).
- Track and review Customer Account for further opportunities.
Technical Knowledge:
- IT, Security systems , CCTV, ACS, BMS, Fire Alarm
- CCTV, Fire Alarm System, Access Control System, PA Systems,
- Gate Automation, Nurse Calling System, Door Interlocking Systems,
- Fire Alarm & Evacuation Systems, AV & Automation, IP Video Surveillance
