Job Description

We are hiring an HR Executive/ HR Manager profile for our Gurgaon Branch.

JOB DUTIES:
- The person would be responsible for recruitment, documentations, and handling first level employee queries.
- Convey the Policies and rules to the employees, maintain the records of employees.
- Track the daily attendance of the employees.
- Preparation of Offer letter Experience Letters, Relieving Letters.
- Administer new employee on-boarding and Training
- Maintain employee personnel records. .
- Assist with payroll processing.
- Keeping track of Confirmation, Appraisals, and Increments of employees.
- Conduct exit interviews and recommend corrective action if necessary.
- Respond to and investigate employee grievances and conflicts
- Motivate staff performance and professional development,and exercise sound judgment in the hiring, promotion and termination of staff.
- Carrying out other tasks as assigned.

REQUIREMENT: Good verbal and written communication skills
Should have prior experience in HR domain of min 06 monthShowing proficiency in basic computer
