Job profile:
- For a new web application product, work as part of a small team within an Agile development environment to take business requirements and design solutions that adhere to established standards.
- Provide accurate estimates of development work to be completed and maintain records of progress on a daily basis.
- Develop high quality solutions in clear and concise code that conforms to the established architecture of the product and in-house and industry standards.
- Always be mindful of code reuse and ease of future maintenance.
- Write and maintain appropriate unit tests.
- Take part in code reviews of own work and peer unit testing of colleagues work.
- Analyse and fix issues on existing implementations, liaising with business analysts where appropriate.
- All other ad-hoc duties as required by the Company. Desirable
