Desired Candidate Profile
High level Job Description
This role will be responsible to dramatically increase student base by getting fully involved in marketing opportunities and sustainable / successful running of a futuristic digital learning centre for Robotics. To establish amongst the students and parents as a valuable facilitator and a guide who has strong technical knowledge about the courses offered. He/She will work closely with the Director to develop short and long-term strategies to efficiently grow the total business.
Must have skills :
Strong understanding / background of Electronics and mechanics. Should be able to handle technical queries by students in the digital courses offered
Strong Communication skills - Conduct counselling for visiting parents and ability to convert maximum enquiries to admissions
Strong Marketing skills - Gain deeper understanding of the courses offered and ability to convince the parents of the value of these courses
Other Preferable skills :
Basic programming knowledge
Minimum Job Requirements
Maintain good relationship with existing students and parents
The role requires to co-ordinate and execute with Management team on organizing workshops/events in schools/colleges/residential complexes.
Look after centre management activities
Maintaining positive relations with students and ensuring student satisfaction and resolving student concerns/queries.
To track and help meet monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets for the Centre
Help/ Support students with project completion for each level
Workdays
Tuesday to Sunday. Monday Holiday
Education:
UG: Diploma - Any Specialization, Computers, Electrical, Electronics/Telecommunication, Engineering, B.Tech/B.E. - Electrical, Electronics/Telecommunication, Any Specialization, Instrumentation, Mechanical
