WIPRO is hiring for Service Manager for General Accounting/ Treasury/ R2R process for Gurgaon location.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review of all GLAM activities - (Month End Close Activities, Reconciliations {Bank, scheatment, Fixed Asset etc}, Payment processing in banks, Treasury accounting, Corporate Reporting, Asset Capitalization & Maintenance etc)
- Act as an SME for domain related issues
- Management Reporting (review deck etc)
- Manage Audit & Compliance related activities
- Backup planning as per Business requirement
- Lead / Drive Process improvements
- Provide Coaching / process training to the team
- Lead new transitions and stabilization of the same
- Stakeholder management
Required Candidate profile
- Strong Accounting & Excel skills
- Good Analytical and Communication skills
- Good team player
- ERP accounting experience (PeopleSoft/SAP/Oracle/Workday Financial), Ms Office, Strong MS Excel Skills
- Flexible shift timing to cater US & UK teams/ processes
- GL/AM (R2R process) work experience in reputed MNC Captive/BPO set-up (CA Firm experience shall not be considered)
